   Note that dishes, laundry, and window cleaning are not included.

Simple pricing per visit:

  • 1 Bed $75
  • 2 Bed/1 Bath $90
  • 2 Bed/2 Bath $105
  • 3 Bed $120

How Often


That’s up to you! We recommend starting out with just one or two visits per month. You can increase or decrease the frequency of cleaning at any time.

We offer an in-house professional housekeeping service to all Hive residents. For your convenience, payment for these services can be included with your monthly rent. Payments can be made online through our resident portal (checking account or debit/credit card) or by check.

Experienced Professional
Aurora Murillo, our expert in charge of custodial and cleaning services, has been a steward of our buildings for over a decade. Prior to joining the Hive family, Aurora was the Head Housekeeper at Executive Estates, a 550-unit apartment community in North Seattle.

Peace of Mind
Your security is our top priority. The key to your unit is stored in our encrypted lockbox, and only accessed on the day your apartment is being cleaned, should you choose to not be home.
