Our founders' history in Seattle goes back to before the Space Needle was constructed. In fact, at the Seattle World’s Fair in 1962, believe it or not, Elvis himself gave one of our founders a bite of his hotdog. And our roots in the Roosevelt neighborhood go back to before Hive's other founder graduated from Roosevelt High. Over the years we’ve grown to love the character of our eclectic collection of properties, and appreciate the history of our neighborhoods. Now a full-service management company with an experienced, professional team, we’re here to provide personal service to meet your needs.
